هذه المكونات كلها للمرق مع رأس السمك نمرقوها ونتركها تتجمر على نار هادئة

ونقطع م تبقى من السمك نقطعه شرائح ونضيف له المعدنوس (بقدونس) ونرابي ثوم ملح وفلفل أسود وكوري السمك وزيت الزيتون

ونتركه يرتاح مدة ساعة وبعدها نطيبوه في مقلاة مع شوية زيت ونقدموه مع الليمون
