نسكب الحليب في اناء الطهي ونضيف السكر والنشاء ثم نظعها على النار ونبقى نخلط حتى نقطة الغليان ونطفيء النار |

نضيف الفانيليا ونقوم بالخلط مجددا ثم نسكب الخليط في صحن كبير ونغطيه ببلاستيك الطهي بحيث ان البلاستيك يلامس المزيج ونضعها في الثلاجة حتى تبرد |

نخرج المزيج من الثلاجة ونخلطه بالخلاط الكهربائي ثم نضيف القشدة والحليب البارد ثم نخلط مجددا بالخلاط الكهربائي |

نقسم الخليط الى 2 النصف الاول نضعه في علبة بلاستيكية والنصف الثاني نضيف له الكاكاو ثم نضعه في علبة بلاستيكية اخرى |

بعد مدة من الوقت نخرجهما من الثلاجة ونضعما في كؤوس للتقديم |
