نضع النواشف مع بعضها في وعاء ثم نضع السمنة والزيت وتفرك المكونات جيدا ثم نضع السوائل وتعجن المكونات مع بعضها البعض من غير مبالغة بالعجن ثم تترك ترتاح ساعة او اكتر.

نأخذ قطعة من العجينة وتمد او تفرد بالشوبك وتوضع فيها حشوة التمر وتلف على شكل اسطواني رفيع ثم تدحرج على خليط السمسم والقطر ثم تقطع قطع على حسب الرغبة وتوضع في صينية عليها ورق زبدة ثم تدخل الفرن الحامي على درجة حرارة 180لتستوي من تحت ثم من شغل الفرن من فوق لتاخود لون دهبي ثم تخرج من الفرن ويترك لبيرد.ط
