    طرية
  • 4 مثلثات جبن
  • 1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيميائية
  • 1/4 كأس زيت
  • 1/2 كأس سكر ناعم
  • 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا

نخلط جيدا المارغرين مع الجبن (بدرجة حرارة الغرفة) و الفانيليا و السكر غلاص و الزيت حتى يصبح الخليط كريمي، ثم نضيف الفرينة (تدريجيا) و الخميرة الكيميائية و نخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية

نأخذ كمية من العجينة و نشكلها حربوش او انبوب ثم نقطعها على شكل سيغار و تضعهم في صينية، ثم نضعها في فرن مسخنا مسبقا على 180 درجة حتى تطيب و تأخذ لون ذهبي

بعد ما تبرد تماما نغطس الاطراف في المربى ثم نرمدهم بالقوفريط مفتت، و التزيين يبقى دائما اختياري
