نخلط الماء جيدا مع قليل من ماء الزهر و الياهورت الطبيعي و صفار البيضة و المارغرين و الملح، ثم نضيف الفرينة (تدريجيا) و الخميرة الكيميائية و نخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية |

ندلك العجينة حوالي 3 دقائق ثم نضعها في كيس بلاستيكي و نتركها ترتاح 30 دقيقة على الاقل، بعد ذلك نرش العجينة بالفرينة او النشاء عدة مرات من الاسفل و الاعلى اثناء فتحها حتى تصبح رقيقة جدا |

نقطعها دوائر و ننزع العجينة الزائدة ثم ندهن الدوائر بالنشاء ثم ندهن قطر الدائرة ببياض البيض ثم نضع فوقها دائرة اخرى و نواصل بنفس الخطوات حتى نضع 5 دوائر فوق بعض ثم نضغط على القطر بعود الشواء |

ثم نقليهم في زيت ساخن و نرمي عليهم الزيت بالملعقة و نقلبهم من الحين الى اخر حتى ينتفخوا يحمروا جيدا، ثم بعد ما يبرد تماما و وقت التقديم نغطسه في عسيلة دافئة و نزينه بالجلجلان محمص |
