نخلط جيدا المارغرين مع السكر غلاص و البيضة و العسل و المربى و الفانيليا، ثم نضيف النشاء و نخلط ثم نضيف الفرينة (تدريجيا) و الخميرة الكيميائية و نخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية

نفتح العجينة فوق كيس بلاستيكي ثم نطبعها بالطابع و نضعها في صينية، ثم نضع طابع الاسماء في الفرينة و نطبع به الحلوة، ثم نطيبهم في الفرن على 180 درجة حتى يأخذوا لون ذهبي غامق
