توضع النواشف مع بعضها في وعاء ثم توضع السمنة وتفرك السمنة مع النواشف ثم تدخل البراد مدة 20دقيقة إلى نص ساعة لتمسك السمنه بالطحين وتجمد شوي ثم تخرج العجينة من البراد ثم يوزع عليها القطر ومنحركها تحريك خفيف جدا بس لنعطي مجال تشرب العجينة السائل بعد ماتشرب العجينة السائل منلم ومنردم العجينة على بعضها من غير مبالغة بالعجين كرمال ماتصير عجينة مطاطية ثم توضع بالبراد.

عند التشكيل مناخود قطعة من العجينة ومنخلي الباقي بالبراد.

يشكل المعمول ويحشي بالتمر ويوضع بصينية للفرن من غير دهنها بدسم ثم تدخل الفرن الحامي على درجة حرارة160ليتحمر المعمول من فوق وتحت ثم تخرج من الفرن وتترك لتبرد.
