  • 250 غ مرغرين
    طرية
  • 100 غ حلوى الترك
  • 1 كأس مكسرات
  • 1/2 كأس سكر ناعم
  • 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيميائية
  • 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا
  • فرينة
  • 1 بياض البيض
  • جلجلان
  • عسل

نخلط المارغرين مع الفانيليا و حلوة الترك حتى يصبح الخليط كريمي ثم نضيف المكسرات محمصين و مطحونين و نخلط، ثم نضيف الفرينة (تدريجيا) و 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيميائية و نخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية قليلا

نشكل كمية من العجينة حربوش ثم نقطعها مقروطات متساويين، ثم نغطسهم في بياض البيض و نغلفهم بالجلجلان (غير محمص)، ثم ندخلهم للفرن مسخن مسبقا على 180 درجة حتى يطيبوا و يحمروا جيدا

بعد ما نخرجهم من الفرن مباشرة نغطسهم فالعسيلة، ثم ننزعهم من من العسل و نضعهم في كسكاس لكي يقطروا
