ضعي الدقيق في وعاء واصنعي حفرة في الوسط. أضيفي السكر والخميرة داخل حفرة الدقيق ثمّ أضيفي الماء. حرّكي السكر، الخميرة والماء. أتركي الوعاء حتى يتفاعل المزيج. |

أخلطي الدقيق مع مزيج الخميرة. بواسطة يديك، إدعكي المزيج حتى تحصلي على عجينة متماسكة وناعمة. غطّي العجينة واتركيها جانباً لساعة حتى يتضاعف حجمها. |

شكّلي كرات متساوية الحجم من العجينة وضعيها في طبق، على أن تغطّي ها بورق نيلون حتى لا تجفّ. |

خذي كرة من العجين وضعيها على سطح العمل المنثور بالدقيق. بواسطة النشابة، إفردي العجينة حتى تحصلي على شكل دائرة. أنثري السمسم وحبة البركة على جهة من اعجينة ومرّري فوقها النشابة حتى تتداخل الحبوب مع العجينة. |
