نخلط المارغرينة مع البيضة و السكر الناعم و الزيت و الفانيليا حتى يصبح الخليط كريمي، ثم نضيف النشاء و الفرينة و رشة خميرة كيميائية و نخلط بالملعقة حتى ينسجموا مع بعض، ثم نملئ الخليط في كيس حلواني برأس مسنن

نشكلهم في صينية فيها ورق طهي ثم نشكل حفرة في وسط كل حبة باستعمال يد ملعقة خشبية، بعد ذلك نطيبهم في فرن ساخن على 180 درجة، ثم نملئ الحفر بالمربى
