  • 250 غ مرغرين
    طرية
  • 1 كأس سكر ناعم
  • 1 كأس نشاء
  • 2 بيض
  • 1 كيس خميرة كيميائية

  • 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا

  • 400 غ فول سوداني

  • شكولاطة بيضاء
    للتزيين

نخلط المارغرين مع السكر غلاص، البيض، الزيت و فانيليا حتى يصبح الخليط كريمي، ثم نضيف النشاء و الخميرة الكيميائية و نخلط، ثم نضيف الفرينة (تدريجيا) و نخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية

نفتح العجينة بين كيسين بلاستيكيين ثم نطبعها بشكل دائري، ثم نضعهم في صينية و ندخلهم للفرن على 180 درجة حتى يطيبوا و يأخذوا لون ذهبي

لتحضير الحشو نطحن حوالي 400غ كوكاو ثم نضيف المربى (تدريجيا) و نخلط حتى نتحصل على خليط متماسك، بعد ذلك نفتحه رقيق بين كيسين بلاستيكيين ثم نطبعه بنفس الطابع

نضع طبقة رقيقة من المربى فوق الحلوة ثم نضع الحشو ثم طبقة اخرى من المربى ثم قطعة من الحلوة، و بعد ما يجفوا نزينهم بخطوط من الشوكولا و الشوكولا البيضاء على شكل شبكة
