نخلط السميد مع الملح ثم نضيف الزبدة الذائبة و نخلط جيدا ثم نضيف خليط الماء و ماء الزهر (تدريجيا) و نجمع الخليط بدون عجن، ثم نفتح العجينة على شكل مستطيل فوق كيس بلاستيكي |

ثم نضع الغرس (نظيف و معد بالزيت و ماء الزهر) و نفتحه فوق نصف العجينة، ثم نقلب فوقه النصف الاخر من العجينة و نسويها و نغلق الاطراف ثم نغلفها بكيس بلاستيكي و نسويها جيدا |

بظهر السكين نشكل خطوط متقاطعة على شكل شبكة، ثم نسويه و نقطعه على شكل مستطيلات، بعد ذلك نقليهم في زيت ساخن حتى يأخذوا لون ذهبي غامق ثم نغطسهم مباشرة في عسل ثقيل و بارد |
