نخلط البسكويت مع الكوكاو مطحون و الفرينة و الحليب بودرة ثم نضيف المارغرين و نخلط جيد، ثم نضيف العسيلة (تدريجيا) و نخلط حتى نتحصل على خليط متماسك قليلا، ثم نضعه في قالب فيه ورق طهي و نسويه جيدا

لتحضير الطبقة الثانية نخلط الحليب بودرة مع الفرينة و الكاكاو (مغربلين) ثم نضيف المارغرين و نخلط جيدا، ثم نضيف العسيلة (تدريجيا) و نخلط حتى نتحصل خليط متماسك، ثم نضعه في القالب و نسويه جيدا

نضعه في مكان بارد حتى يجف تماما ثم ننزعه من القالب و ننزع الاطراف الزائدة و نقطعه
