نسلق المعكرونة وتصفى ثم نجهز اللحم المفروم ثم نجهز البشاميل نضع الزبده الى ان تسيح ونضع الدقيق ويقلب على نار منخفضه لمده 3 دقائق حسب النار ونضع الحليب بالتدريج ويقلب الى ان يغلى ونضع الملح والفلفل ويطفى النار ثم نضع 1/2 كوب الجبنة ويقلب |
